Short cuts intend to make our journey towards our destination shorter. It saves us time and unnecessary effort.
Sometimes, I get lost and take a while to get to my destination. If you look at it simply, the fist thing you’ll focus on is the lost time. But if you look at it deeper, you’ll realize all its unexpected benefits.
After taking a detour, I happened to discover amazing places such as an attractive park, wonderful cafe, etc. We might discover something valuable as we take the longer route, which we wouldn’t have realized if we took the shortcut.
Just like in life, you can’t always rush things, sometimes taking our times paves the way for us to discover more about ourselves.
