浅くても深くても、誰もが一度は洞窟に入った経験があると思います。もし洞窟が浅かったら…すぐに光が見え出口が分かりますので安心しますよね。でももし洞窟が深かったら…入るのにちょっと怯えるかもしれませんし、途中出口が見えるまでパニックになったり不安になったりすることもあるでしょう。
人生も洞窟と同じです。困難な状況にある時、出口（つまり解決策）が見えない時、不安になるでしょう。ですが、どんな状況でも暗い洞窟の中でも必ず希望の光があると信じていますよ。
【 In the darkness there is always light】
Everyone might have an experience to go into a cave, no matter how deep or shallow it was. If the cave is shallow, we could easily find the light, signaling an exit. We would feel safe. But if the cave is very deep, we might feel scared to go. And in the middle of the cave, we might start to panic or feel anxious until we find the exit.
Life is the same. Whenever we face a difficult situation and can’t see the exit (meaning solution), we might feel anxious. No matter what kind of situation, I believe that there is a hope of light amidst the darkness of a cave.
【在很暗的地方也有希望的光】
无论是浅还是深，我们可能都有进入洞窟探险的经历。很浅的洞窟，我们马上就会发现光，也会放心地找到出口。与其相对，很深的洞窟，我们会害怕进去，因为有时候中途找不到出口，会让我们头晕、甚至是不安。
我觉得人生就像洞窟。我们直面什么困难的时候，没有找到出口，例如没有找到解决对策的时候，就会感觉很不安。但是，在任何情况下，即使是在很暗的洞窟里，也肯定有希望的光，我这样相信的呢。
