🌺Something Having Form Will Someday Break

2022.05.06

Do you agree to cosmetic surgery? For me, as long as a little surgery will protect from being buried such as a shape of the nose, a scar on the face, etc., and such surgery can help a person live happily, my answer is YES.

On the contrary, if somebody is addicted to incessant surgery to become more beautiful, or repeat unnecessary surgery, then I would say NO.

Generally speaking, for some people, everything has its upsides and downsides, so cosmetic surgery also has risks of surgical mistakes, and not getting what the doctor ordered, to name a few. Or, even worse, the more they pursue extra beauty, the more likely they will become less attractive…If they happened to have an unexpectedly bad result after the surgery, it is impossible to revert back to their previous appearance. You know, it must be a living hell and a regret some people could not live with.

Material things can be replaced or repaired or renovated. But they will be broken, disappeared, or vanished sooner or later.

In other words, something shapeless is not controlled, repaired, or changeable; such as love, peace, happiness, good memories, etc. But…they can remain in our hearts and minds

By the way, our characters are involved in the “shapeless” category. We can’t ask doctors to cure our incorrect way of thinking or behaviors via surgery. Psychiatrists can be of help, but it takes time and the patients themselves have to get over it themselves with a huge effort.

But if we go through hard times and try to handle these tough situations by ourselves, and grow maturely, we will get something special that others cannot mimic.

In conclusion, something with shape is not eternal, so we shouldn’t be fixated; something shapeless is difficult to control or possess, but it can remain forever.
